What kind of books do you offer? 

We offer all kinds of romantic type of books. It can be dark romance, contemporary, fantasy, and even non traditional romantic stories. We have stories of love in all its forms. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now we are only shipping within the US and Canada. We plan to look in to offering international shipping in the future.

 

Do you offer returns/refunds? 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless we deliver a defective or incorrect product. 

 

What if my box arrives damaged or is lost? 

We will review this on a case by case basis. If you have issues with your order please email us at help@shadesofdesirebooks.com within 7 days of box delivery. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days. Make sure to include all information including order numbers and pictures (if applicable). 

 

When will my order ship?

Books are pre-orders so they are not products on hand. These take about 3-4 months after sale ends. 

Do you allow order cancellations?

Orders placed cannot be cancelled unless they are a duplicate order. Duplicate book orders will be canceled automatically.
